Loved this place. Pictures don't do it justice. Very cool, clean and well kept. Way more amenities than we expected in the kitchen and bathroom! It was tough to leave after our stay.

Cactus Flower respite 

I had a great time at the Cactus Flower. While it was windy, the moon was full and lit up the landscape. Beautiful. Every thing I needed was there. Coffee, quiet and relaxation. Thank you for sharing your most excellent space. Roxy the Dachsie loved it too! (Except for the little cholla spine in her foot pad. It came right out!)

Magical Time

We had at the greatest time here. Green Acres is so artistically decorated...we loved the vibe and the scenery is breath taking. Truly makes for magical times. The home was very clean and inviting. Super cosy and well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

We Loved It

Well equipped, comfortable and great design features. My wife and I kept chuckling with delight when we first explored the Cactus Flower, both inside and out. Nice touches like the welcoming bottle of wine, fire pit outside and wonderful old wood burner inside. Great shower and very comfortable bed. For anyone like us who is used to complete silence at night, the drone of traffic on the highway may be intrusive but it is at a good distance, so muted. Excellent prior information and local info when we arrived. Selection of books, DVDs etc. To conclude, we loved it.

Best place to stay in Joshua Tree

We absolutely love staying at Green Acres. The location is perfect, the cabins are completely charming and comfortable, the park is within walking distance, the scenery is amazing. Could not recommend more.

Home away from home

I have been meaning to write this review for long time and am finally getting around to it! I rarely write reviews, but this little cabin in the desert stole my heart and I felt the need to put a good word in for it! My boyfriend and I came here for our first anniversary and I have to say that we just had the most amazing time. From the very first moment we arrived on the property, there was just this energy throughout the whole place, such happiness! The owners have really thought of every detail, I don't think I would have changed a single thing. It was clean, well maintained, and has eclectic décor; the little handbook they put together with troubleshooting and how-to's was so helpful and thorough...we didn't have a single question that little binder couldn't answer. I can't wait to go back, I think of our time there often and miss it so much! I would absolutely recommend this rental!

Great space!

I won't repeat all of the good things people have said about this cabin, but can confirm that they're true! We had a great stay and highly recommend renting this cabin. For those of you who are looking at one cabin and concerned about privacy since there are two on the property, don't worry. The cabins are set up with your privacy in mind. Besides a friendly hello now and then from the people in the place next door, we didn't even think about them as we lounged with our books.

Relaxing, Artistic, Amazing

We had a great time. The place had everything you could hope for. Plenty of well thought out spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. Great reading material. Awesome details that have you pulling out your camera every few minutes. They really have something special, we're lucky they are sharing it. Bonus, we had a roadrunner hanging around the grounds and visiting us. We'll be back. Thanks!

Desert Getaway 

This was one of the most amazing VRBO experiences I've had -- they've really thought of everything. Stayed here for two nights for a romantic getaway. Had a blast cooking dinner, going for walks, drinking wine on the expansive backyard with our dog. It was one of the most dog friendly places I've stayed thus far, my dog absolutely LOVED it. The hammock in the backyard is perfection and all the eclectic decorations made it such a special, unique space -- just like Joshua Tree.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you for sharing this wonderful property with us, it is by far the best wholesome vacation we have had as a family, my 4 year old loved rooming around the property checking out the desert plants you have off her Desert Plants workbook, the Joshua tree park was fun and educational, we enjoyed the beautiful full moon lighting up the yard at night, you have done an excellent job making the place comfy and useful, we are already talking about going back in March to spend few days, we will definitely recommend the spot to friends and family.

Most amazing cabin in Joshua Tree 

This place was amazing. I felt comfortable the second I walked in. I had never been to Joshua Tree and I spent hours online looking for places to make sure it was perfect. I wish someone had just told me to get this place right off the bat. It was perfect, and I recommend it to anyone who is going to Joshua Tree for the first or hundredth time. I took my boyfriend for his 30th birthday, and the cabin is really romantic. It is cozy, cute, secluded, but not too far from anything and I honestly didn't want to leave. The entire atmosphere made the trip wonderful. They have a cabin next to it that we want to rent as well next time and go with a group. They even had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we walked in. Anyone reading this GO HERE PLEASE! Thank you Sandra and Albert for creating such a place! Can't wait to be back.
