“MINI-SPLIT” BEDROOM HEATER/AIR CONDITIONER

The bedroom area is heated and cooled by that shiny white thing above the bed.

It is controlled by the remote located on the cabinet wall by the bed.

 

ON/OFF: Remote orange button.

TEMP: Remote white ARROW buttons. 

The unit BEEPs when you turn it on or off. The little green light on the bottom right of the unit lets you know if it’s on.

It takes a few minutes to warm up before it starts to operate.

The remote acts as the thermostat.

 

Please turn the unit off when not needed to help us conserve.

A beep sounds and the little green light on the lower right side of the unit goes off. THANK YOU!

 

TROUBLES

If the unit runs 10+ minutes but doesn’t heat or cool, it could be:

1. Someone played with extra buttons.

Slide down the lower front panel of the remote, and click off "ECONO COOL".

2. We need to call a service technician.

Please don’t touch the wall unit. If a burning smell occurs, switch the unit’s breaker off (located just outside the kitchen window).

 

DEAD BATTERIES

The remote control display is not backlit, but if is very dim or off, or doesn’t activate the unit, replace the two AAA batteries (extras in the plastic bin under the sink).
